Sequence CAPTCHA Form

This page demonstrates the usage of the Sequence CAPTCHA Script described here. This HTML page generates the CAPTCHA via createSequence.asp (which uses blankCapt.jpg) and the form data that you enter is submitted to sequenceSubmit.asp.
